Terminal buildings offer luggage belts and a waiting area but no large lounges or cafés.

The botanical garden (image on the left: Garden of the Groves) is approximately 6 miles (10 km) from the port, making it a 10 to 15‑minute drive by taxi or shuttle .

Ferry to Nassau:

No regular passenger ferry service at present: only freight sailings (usually on Thursdays, this is a mailboat, you need to be there to book this)

Consider flying: Grand Bahama International Airport offers ~30‑minute flights to Nassau.

Other Islands:

No passenger ferries to Marsh Harbour, Staniel Cay, or other Bahamian islands: mainly freight services in operation.
